Game rules and FAQ
Each Escape Room is made up of 3 puzzle rooms for small groups. The group works together to try to solve all the puzzles in one room using hidden clues or items to advance to the next room.
No, the entrance door always remains open. If a player feels uncomfortable or urgently needs to go to the bathroom, they can leave the room at any time.
Most of our rooms are rather difficult, so children (accompanied by someone 16 or older) are only allowed from the age of 12.
Our game masters will watch you via cameras installed in the rooms (nothing will be recorded). If you get stuck, they can send you hints on the tablet, which you may take into the room with you.
There is a no photography policy in the Escape rooms. However, you are welcome to take photos in the lobby.
Unfortunately, no. But our game museum, the Gameorama, is wheelchair accessible and also a great destination.
Groups of 2 to 6 players can play together, however, the optimum is 4 players.
No, the thre rooms that are already open are not scary. You are never in the dark and there are no shock effects or strobe lighting used.
